Tuesday Cooking
Classes
are $30 each with a sampling menu, $45 each with a full meal unless
otherwise specified.
Classes
may include a full vegan meal or a tasting and double as
nutrition education workshops, led by KC.

foods. Creating Health with Kind Cuisine Cooking Classes is a
fun hands on, multi-sensorial approach to learning and
mastering the diet and lifestyle practices that are essential
to reaching and permanently maintaining optimal weight and
health goals for you and all those in your circle of
influence.
As a critical care nurse for 12 years I am acutely aware of
the fact that health is one's most priceless asset. My masters
degree in nutrition education coupled with my experience as a
natural foods chef has enabled me to guide many through the
transition from their present way of eating to truly loving
healthy food. Our small class size allows for both the group
support and the individual attention that facilitates
effective learning. Whether you are new to cooking or a great
cook just looking to learn about healthy whole foods we have
classes for you. We also create and schedule custom classes
for you and your family and friends.
Your kitchen is the doorway to the vibrant health you’ve

cooking experience should one have? |
Our cooking
classes are more than just recipes... we also teach Conscious
Living, which is based on the practice that healthy foods are
not only good for you, they are also kind to the environment.
Not just food, but sunshine, clean air and water, exercise...
all are ingredients for a healthy lifestyle and very tasty
foods. You will learn why organic is preferable, unrefined
carbohydrates are your friends, and how simple awareness of
these principles creates the peace and joy of preparing Kind
Cuisine. |

Most cooking classes are held
at the Kind Cafe, but are available at any location, including

Classes are held
every Tuesday unless otherwise noted on this page of the
website or our calendar
page. Often classes are held on other days, like our
Singles or Kids' cooking classes. Signing up for our
